NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION
The Marató dels Dements, attending to the different needs that have arisen over the successive editions, will have:
- 9 refreshment points for the Marató dels Dements
- 4 for the Mitja dels Dements d’Eslida (not this year)
- 4 for the Mitja dels Dements d’Ain

We would like to remark the effort of the organization to respect the environment, to raise awareness of the mountain runner and to promote sustainability with measures of 0 impact or eco-responsibility:
- Mandatory that the runner makes use of an own container for liquids. Non-availability of glasses.
- Maximum sanction for environmental disrespect
- Non-disposal of gels
- Pre-cut bars in bio-degradable packaging.
Assistance to runners will only be allowed in the area that delimits the refreshment points.
INFORMATION FOR CELIACS:
In the refreshment points, supplementation will be based on products suitable for coeliacs, as well as a menu available to them at the finish line, properly marked.
